1. Who we are
TetsuKod.ai is a software engineering and AI/automation consultancy operated by TetsuKodai Group LLC. We also operate ProspectroLabs (prospectrolabs.com), a lead‑intelligence product. This policy governs tetsukod.ai; where a separate ProspectroLabs policy applies, it will be provided on that property.
- Data controller: TetsuKodai Group LLC
- Contact: contact@tetsukod.ai
- Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States
2. Scope
This policy covers information collected through the Site, our email communications, our advertising activities, and interactions during a consulting or sales engagement. It does not cover third‑party websites or services we link to, which have their own policies.
3. Information we collect
- a. Information you provide directly. When you fill out a contact or inquiry form, subscribe to our newsletter, request a proposal, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, company name, role, and the contents of your message.
- b. Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, and the dates and times of access. We collect this through cookies, log files, and similar technologies (see Section 6).
- c. Information from third parties and advertising platforms. When we run advertising or measure its performance, we may receive aggregated or pseudonymized data from advertising and analytics platforms (including LinkedIn). We may also receive business‑contact information from lead‑intelligence sources used for our own outreach. See Section 5 for how we handle advertising‑platform data.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, health, or financial account data) through the Site.
4. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide, operate, and improve our services;
- Send you our newsletter or updates you have requested (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- Operate, measure, and optimize our marketing and advertising;
- Understand how the Site is used and improve its content and performance;
- Maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce our terms;
- Comply with legal obligations.
We rely on the following legal bases (where GDPR applies): your consent (e.g., newsletter, non‑essential cookies), our legitimate interests (e.g., securing and improving the Site, our own B2B marketing), performance of a contract (e.g., delivering services you engage us for), and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Advertising and the LinkedIn Marketing API
We advertise our services on third‑party platforms, including LinkedIn. To manage our own advertising accounts programmatically, we integrate with LinkedIn’s Marketing APIs (including the Advertising API) under LinkedIn’s Marketing API Terms.
- We access advertising data (such as campaigns, targeting configuration, and performance reporting) solely to create, manage, and measure our own campaigns on ad accounts we administer.
- We access this data only after an authorized member of our organization grants consent through LinkedIn’s OAuth authorization flow, and only for the permission scopes required (e.g., managing ad accounts and reading ad reporting).
- We do not sell, rent, or share LinkedIn member data obtained through these APIs, and we do not use it for any purpose other than managing our own advertising. We retain only what we need for campaign management and reporting, and we handle it in accordance with LinkedIn’s Marketing API Terms and applicable law.
- Advertising platforms may set cookies or use pixels to measure ad performance; those platforms process that data as independent controllers under their own privacy policies (see LinkedIn’s Privacy Policy at linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy).
8. Third‑party services we rely on
The Site and our operations use third‑party providers that may process limited data, including (as applicable): our web host/CDN, our content platform (Sanity), analytics (Google Analytics (GA4)), email/newsletter delivery (Substack), and advertising platforms (including LinkedIn). Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
9. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe; inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period thereafter. Advertising‑platform data is retained only as needed for campaign management and reporting.
10. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent.
- EEA/UK (GDPR): you may exercise the rights above and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): you may request access to, deletion of, or details about the personal information we collect, and you have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights. We do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under the CPRA.
To exercise any right, contact us at contact@tetsukod.ai. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in each email.
12. International users
We are based in the United States, and information we collect may be processed in the United States or other countries that may have different data‑protection laws than your jurisdiction. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
13. Children’s privacy
The Site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Third‑party links
The Site may link to third‑party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
